SESSION SECURITY // ZERO TRACKING HARVESTING

Cookie & Telemetry Policy

Effective & Last Revised: 1st September 2026

01 //

Purpose, Scope & Privileged Practice Safeguards

This Cookie Policy outlines the cryptographic tokens, state-retention identifiers, and local telemetry mechanisms deployed by myPeshkar Technologies ("myPeshkar", "we", "us", or "our") within the myPeshkar autonomous legal operating system ("Platform").

Given the sensitive, confidential nature of courtroom litigation records and the legal professional privilege protected under Section 126 of the Indian Evidence Act, our cookie deployment is strictly limited to cryptographic session continuity, tenant isolation, and essential UI state restoration. We categorically prohibit third-party cross-site trackers, commercial advertising pixels, and data harvesting brokers.

02 //

Typology of Deployed Cryptographic & State Cookies

A. Strictly Necessary Authentication & Session Tokens

The Platform issues authenticated session cookies (e.g., PHPSESSID, secure auth tokens) to maintain verifiable user authentication across requests. These cookies are configured with strict security flags (HttpOnly, Secure, and SameSite=Strict), preventing client-side script injection and restricting transmission exclusively to encrypted TLS 1.3 channels.

B. Docket State & Omni-Filter Memory Cookies

To facilitate fast courtroom navigation, localized cookies store active counsel filter states (e.g., chosen judicial forum, date ranges, listing board stages, and UI dark mode preferences). These cookies minimize friction between court sessions and maintain workspace continuity across tabs.

C. Diagnostic Telemetry & Performance Counters

We utilize isolated, self-hosted, privacy-first diagnostic telemetry to track daemon synchronization latency, API response times across court registries, and platform reliability. Diagnostic telemetry contains no personally identifiable litigant details, case brief contents, or fee structures.

03 //

Absolute Prohibition on Third-Party Commercial Trackers

We enforce an uncompromising prohibition against external adtech scripts, tracking beacons, and social profiling pixels.

Zero Cross-Site Surveillance No external advertising network or commercial third party is ever permitted to place cookies through myPeshkar or track an advocate's digital trail across external web properties.
04 //

Counsel Governance & Browser Token Clearing

Counsels retain sovereign control over cookie storage via their browser parameters. You can clear temporary docket filter parameters at any time using the in-app "Clear Master Filters" console.

Note: Restricting or disabling strictly necessary session tokens (PHPSESSID) will immediately invalidate active authenticated sessions, requiring re-entry of chamber credentials.
