Cookie Policy
Effective Date: 27th April 2026
01. Purpose and Scope
This Cookie Policy explains how Paradigm Confab ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") deploys cookies, session tokens, and similar tracking technologies within the myPeshkar digital legal workspace ("Platform").
Given the highly sensitive nature of the privileged legal data processed on our Platform, our deployment of cookies is strictly limited to those necessary for secure authentication, operational telemetry, and essential user interface functionality. We explicitly prohibit the use of cross-site advertising, monetization trackers, or third-party data harvesting tools.
02. Typology of Cookies Deployed
A. Strictly Necessary Authentication Cookies
The Platform utilizes cryptographic session cookies (e.g., PHPSESSID) to maintain continuous, authenticated states for users. These cookies are marked with strict security flags (HttpOnly and Secure) to prevent client-side script access and ensure they are only transmitted over encrypted TLS/SSL connections. The Platform cannot function if these cookies are disabled.
B. Functional & Workflow State Cookies
We deploy localized storage and functional cookies to preserve Administrator-defined interface preferences (e.g., dark/light UI themes) and persistent workflow states. For example, when a User filters the Master Docket by forum, time, or search query, the Platform securely stores these parameters locally for up to 30 days to reduce operational friction and ensure continuity between sessions.
C. System Telemetry & Diagnostics
The Platform may employ self-hosted, privacy-respecting analytics to monitor aggregate system performance, feature utilization, and diagnostic health. This telemetry data is hosted securely within our own infrastructure, is strictly anonymized, and is utilized exclusively by our internal engineering team to ensure system stability.
03. Third-Party Restrictions
The Company enforces a zero-tolerance policy regarding unauthorized third-party trackers. We do not permit external advertising networks, data brokers, or unvetted commercial entities to place cookies through our Platform or track your navigation history across other websites.
04. Administrative Control and Revocation
Users maintain the absolute right to govern cookie storage through their respective browser parameters. You can clear your localized workflow filters at any time via the "Clear Filters" tools built directly into the Platform interface.
Please note: Blocking the Platform's strictly necessary session cookies at the browser level will immediately terminate any active authentication state, requiring re-verification of credentials to regain access to the encrypted workspace.
05. Contact and Inquiries
For technical inquiries regarding our session management architecture or to discuss our telemetry protocols, authorized Firm Administrators may initiate a request via the Platform's Support Desk or contact our designated Grievance Officer:
